Plans and limits
Every organization is on a plan. All plans include the live inbox, replay, signature checks, destinations, the CLI and the API; they differ in how much of each you get. See pricing for prices.

Months follow the calendar in UTC. The Usage page shows the current month's requests, endpoints and members against the plan, with a chart of requests per day.
Changing plans#
Owners change plans in Settings → Billing. Upgrades apply immediately. When a plan ends or is downgraded, endpoints whose retention is longer than the new plan allows are shortened to match. On instances without billing, an administrator assigns plans.
